Orders and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling, including applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Please review your order details before placing your order. You'll receive an order confirmation by email.

Pre-orders

Where an item is offered for pre-order, the expected dispatch date is shown on its product page. I'll let you know if an unexpected delay affects your order. Your statutory cancellation and delivery rights remain unaffected.

Bespoke commissions

Each bespoke piece is made to your individual specifications. After ordering, I'll contact you to discuss your ideas and confirm the design. Photographs of previous work are examples; each finished hand-painted piece is unique, with small natural variations. Estimated lead times are stated on the product page.

Artwork and copyright

All original artwork, illustrations and designs remain the intellectual property of Kate MacLeod Designs unless we agree otherwise in writing. Purchasing an item does not transfer reproduction or commercial usage rights.
