Refund policy

I hope you love your order. If something isn’t quite right, please get in touch and I’ll be happy to help.

Greetings cards and other non-personalised items

If you change your mind about an online purchase, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Simply email katemacleoddesigns@gmail.com with your order number and tell me you wish to cancel. You’ll then have a further 14 days to send the items back.

Please return cards unused, unmarked and well protected, ideally in their original packaging, so they reach me in lovely condition. You can handle items as you would when examining them in a shop; however, any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them may be deducted from the refund.

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return postage is your responsibility. Please email me for return instructions and the appropriate return address, and keep proof of postage.

I’ll refund eligible orders within 14 days of receiving the returned items, or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made to your original payment method and include the basic outward delivery charge where required by law. If you chose an upgraded delivery option, only the standard delivery charge is refundable.

Bespoke and personalised orders

Bespoke paintings, personalised door plaques and other pieces made to your individual specifications cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because you’ve changed your mind. If you’d like to change something about a commission, please contact me as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to help.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please email katemacleoddesigns@gmail.com with your order number and, if possible, a photograph. I’ll help put things right. Your statutory rights apply to all products, including bespoke pieces.
